Katie Barnes Sales Manager

Since joining Ashton Gardens’ Sales & Planning team in the Fall of 2017 and then again in the Winter of 2019, Katie has developed a powerful understanding of the wedding and special event industry. Her years of event production and management with companies all over southern California and Houston led her back to Ashton Gardens in early 2019. Her vivacious personality, passion for helping others and deep commitment to customer service guided her to her current position, Sales Manager. She is so excited to facilitate unforgettable events and incredible memory making moments.

Katie Felts Wedding & Event Coordinator

Katie’s vast knowledge of weddings and events has led this extremely talented and skilled coordinator to plan and execute over 500 special events. Prior to joining the Ashton Gardens team in spring 2018, Katie worked at high-end and well know restaurants as an event manager, national non-profit organizations as an alumni coordinator and various all-inclusive event venues as a coordinator. Katie offers highly personalized care while utilizing her resourcefulness, financial responsibility and exceptional customer service to provide guests an unrivaled five star guest experience. In Katie’s free time, she enjoys running in the great outdoors and reading.

Sarah Mikesell Wedding & Event Coordinator

Sarah recently joined the Ashton Gardens team and brings with her several years of customer service experience and a CWP certification. Her friendliness and commitment to making every detail flawless for her couples makes Sarah a confidant to every guest she encounters. Sarah’s specialties focus on making every client and family member comfortable and calm while building an everlasting relationship. This well-rounded and genuine addition to the Sales & Planning team enjoys seeing the moment all the planning comes together. When Sarah isn’t making wedding day dreams come true, she’s either enjoying the outdoors or spending time with family.

Michael Moreno Director of Operations

Michael is a motivated and dedicated Operations Manager with years of experience in the hospitality field. His knack for leading a team and his comprehensive knowledge in hotel management shaped our dream operations team. Through his ability to effectively train and coach his staff, Michael continues to create a truly unique reception experience with unmatched service. When Michael isn’t overseeing weddings and events, you can usually find him spending time with his family.

Trevor Tucker Executive Chef

Chef Trevor Tucker was born and raised in the DFW area. Gifted with a passion for cooking at an early age, he established his culinary career over 10 years ago. Chef Trevor, an Ashton Gardens DFW opening member, began his role as a kitchen lead where he rapidly worked his way up to executive chef. He found his culinary voice in fine dining where he has thrived and achieved countless accolades. Chef Trevor strives to challenge his team to invoke a sense of wonder and imagination with every meticulous detail and component he incorporates into his dishes. From Mediterranean cuisine to molecular gastronomy, Chef Trevor excels with every creation he formulates. His natural ability to fuse flavors coupled with his eclectic and creative culinary approach makes him a discernible addition to Ashton Gardens.
