Mary White Director of Sales & Planning

Since joining Ashton Gardens’ Sales & Planning team in the Summer of 2011 and then again in the Fall of 2017, Mary has been instrumental in providing expert level customer service to brides and families alike. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Art & Design studies from the University of North Texas, Mary stepped out into the wedding and event world to make her mark on the booming industry. Her first stop was with Ashton Gardens DFW as an intern where she shined so bright, she joined our Atlanta team as an opening member. After two year in Georgia, working first as a Sales Associate and then as a Wedding Coordinator, Mary returned to the great state of Texas to further her hospitality career. Mary held roles with companies like Club Corp and Sundance Square before rejoining the Ashton Gardens family. When Mary isn’t working, you can find her playing with her puppy, Copper, or spending time with friends and family.

Joelle Ritz Sales & Event Coordinator

Joelle is a multi-faceted, marketing and sales professional, with experience that spans hundreds of Texas miles. Joelle began her hospitality journey in the spring of 2016 as an office administrator for an established event planner in the DFW territory. It was there that Joelle was able to shape a truly significant hospitality foundation. Her authentic and charismatic approach to the sales process catapulted her into marketing and sales executive roles year after year and eventually, allowed her to settle at Ashton Gardens in the spring of 2018. With a genuine love for special events and meeting new people, Joelle’s proven track record for connecting with newly engaged couples during the touring process is exceptionally unique.

Katie Felts Wedding & Event Coordinator

Katie’s vast knowledge of weddings and events has led this extremely talented and skilled coordinator to plan and execute over 500 special events. Prior to joining the Ashton Gardens team in spring 2018, Katie worked at high-end and well know restaurants as an event manager, national non-profit organizations as an alumni coordinator and various all-inclusive event venues as a coordinator. Katie offers highly personalized care while utilizing her resourcefulness, financial responsibility and exceptional customer service to provide guests an unrivaled five star guest experience. In Katie’s free time, she enjoys running in the great outdoors and reading.

Justin Bradshaw Director of Operations

Justin Bradshaw is a motivated and dedicated Operations Manager with almost 10 years of experience in the hospitality field. Justin started his career on the restaurant side of the hospitality business back in 2006 by managing the day to day operations of an exclusive Brazilian steakhouse in the North Texas area. His appreciation for fine dining and his comprehensive knowledge of restaurant management propelled him to another management opportunity in 2009. Through his ability to effectively train and coach his staff, Justin found a home with Ashton Gardens Dallas/ Ft Worth as the Operations Manager in 2015. When Justin isn’t overseeing weddings and events, you can usually find him spending time with his wife and twins or spending time in the great outdoors.

Trevor Tucker Executive Chef

Chef Trevor Tucker was born and raised in the DFW area. Gifted with a passion for cooking at an early age, he established his culinary career over 10 years ago. Chef Trevor, an Ashton Gardens DFW opening member, began his role as a kitchen lead where he rapidly worked his way up to executive chef. He found his culinary voice in fine dining where he has thrived and achieved countless accolades. Chef Trevor strives to challenge his team to invoke a sense of wonder and imagination with every meticulous detail and component he incorporates into his dishes. From Mediterranean cuisine to molecular gastronomy, Chef Trevor excels with every creation he formulates. His natural ability to fuse flavors coupled with his eclectic and creative culinary approach makes him a discernible addition to Ashton Gardens.
